Design & Planning
Whether you want to enact your plan now or later, we can prepare design concepts, color & fabric schemes, drawings, and layouts for entire spaces or specific details. We also offer space planning, drafting, rendering, and furniture design.
Merchandise Selection
Find and select furniture, fabric, window treatments, flooring, rugs, lighting, and more. We scour retail and trade-only resources, then filter the multitude of options to meet your needs. Don’t want to buy through us? Ask us about our Specify-Only option.
Purchasing & Installation
Let us be the middle man. We place orders and track progress to ensure all items are made to your specifications and installed properly onsite. If you know what you want already – whether it is wholesale, custom, or retail - we can help you get it.
Construction Management
For high-quality and timely results, we work with contractors, architects, and subcontractors on bath, kitchen, and full home remodels, as well as ground-up construction projects. We also act as liaison and watchdog for restaurant, hotel, and other commercial jobs.
Branding & Commercial Concepts
Great design defines and strengthens a commercial brand. We get to know your product or service, your target market, and your vision for your space, and then translate our findings into a comprehensive “look” including color schemes, furnishings, signage, brochures/menus, and even logos.
Organizing Services
Sometimes all you need is a fresh perspective. We assess problem areas such as kitchens, closets, and workspaces and determine a plan that will maximize efficiency. We learn the way you work, and adapt your space to make life easier.
Consultation
Have questions or need a second opinion? We supply expertise, advice, suggestions, and feedback on everything from paint colors to resale strategies to construction plans. Onsite visits are a great way to test out ideas and avoid costly mistakes.
Staging
While we don’t have stores of furniture available for rent, we can make your space approachable and appealing to potential buyers by purchasing small items that pack a big punch. If your home is on the market, this is good news: Keep what we have purchased or sell things later and recoup your costs.
Staging also extends to accessorizing and event setup. From retail stores to fine art galleries, we select art, accessories, photographs, and other finishing touches. We can even unpack you after a move or make your space ready for an event, sale, or special occasion.
Design Online
Wish you could design your space from your desktop? Whether you live in the San Francisco Bay Area or 3000 miles away, clients with a computer, camera, and measuring tape can do just that. What’s more, all clients are granted online access to their project details – just another way we make things easier for you.
Design Kits
If you are looking for a big change but not a big price tag, our Design Kits may be your answer. Show us your room, a few images of things you love, and a ballpark budget, and – in a week or less – we deliver a neat little package containing a floor plan and recommendations for furniture, flooring, fabric, lighting, and paint.
Design Kits vary in size and price and are fully customizable. Contact us for more information.
PRICING
Our pricing consists of an hourly fee for service and a markup on items you
buy through our firm. Sometimes an up-front fee just feels better, so we
also offer services for a flat rate - just ask. We bid out your project and
give you a definite price. And remember, our terms our flexible; if you
prefer to work in phases or have a changing scope, we are happy to
accommodate your needs.
In a continued effort to make the design process as convenient as possible, we also offer a range of payment options including cash, checks, and
credit cards via PayPal (i.e., Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover, and PayPal accounts).
